The online conference aims to explore the role, the position and the development of China in the modern world. The participants will seek an answer to the question whether or not China will occupy a primary position in confronting current global challenges.

The conference will also serve as a platform for sharing research ideas and findings concerning various cultural aspects of being Chinese, technological prospects, health care, economy and environment in state policy, the role of religion in spiritual life in China, the position and power of the Chinese diaspora in the world, as well as relations between individuals and the society in China.

The language of the conference is English. The event will be live-streamed on Facebook on 15 May 2021, starting from 9.00 a.m.
