12th International Conference: Tourism in Social Sciences

JU Institute of Entrepreneurship invites you to attend the 12th edition of the international conference Tourism in Social Sciences, which will be hosted on 17-18 October 2022 in Bukowina Tatrzańska.The event is co-organised by the Szczecin branch of the Polish Economic Society and Euro-Asia Tourism Studies Association.

The aims of the conference include continuation of the series of 11 previous conferences on the functioning of the tourist market, with particular emphasis on the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic on the functioning of the hotel industry; exchange of experiences and knowledge of representatives of science and business in the context of current trends and changes affecting the tourism sector, with particular emphasis on the hotel market; and review of scientific research in the field of tourism of representatives of Polish and foreign research centers dealing with the above-mentioned issues. During the conference, an international session will be organised as part of the Tourism Cafe Lab meetings, in cooperation with the Euro-Asia Tourism Study Association.

The conference will be devoted to the following issues:

  • International tourism and management of crisis in pandemic times
