The European Conference on Artificial Intelligence (ECAI) is undoubtedly one of the most important events related to AI in Europe and the world. Organised for more than 40 years by the European Association for Artificial Intelligence (EurAI), the conference is a meeting place of leading researchers and experts in the area.
ECAI is organised cyclically by national associations for AI in Europe. This October, the conference will be organised in Poland for the first time, making it a great opportunity for Polish research and business.
The organisers expect more than 800 attendees from around the world. The conference will be divided into several parts. First, a series of workshops and tutorials for young researchers will be held at the Jagiellonian University Third Campus. Following that, the main part of the conference will start in the evening on 1 October, with events organised in the ICE Kraków Congress Centre.
Aside from presentations, the programme will feature five keynote lectures. An important part of the event will be an industry session co-organised by the Kraków Technology Park. Companies using and developing technologies based on AI will be able to present their solutions to investors and take part in discussion panels.
