Agnieszka Słowik, PhD, the Head of the Institute of Neurogenetics and Chair in Neurology, Collegium Medicum, has been made a member of the American Neurological Association, the one that accepts experts of international rank. The membership was granted to Agnieszka Słowik for her significant contribution into the research in the neurogenetics of cerebral stroke and degenerative diseases. The nomination ceremony was held on 14 September 2010 in San Francisco.
