Preschool in the Jagiellonian Centre of Innovation

In September a new preschool will open at the Jagiellonian University Campus. As Mr Paweł Błachno, Jagiellonian Centre of Innovation President, says the preschool will provide care and stimulating early learning environment for children of the Jagiellonian University and Life Science Park employees.

The curriculum will put special emphasis on natural sciences, experiments and observation of natural processes. Thanks to the close connections with the Jagiellonian University, children will be engaged in a number of scientific, social and cultural projects.

"We do not intend to make scientists out of children. It is our priority to assure children secure and colourful learning environment in the Life Science Park", explains Paweł Błachno.

The preschool will be open everyday from 7am – 6 pm. In special situations and upon earlier notice the preschool will provide care also after 6pm and on Saturdays and Sundays. So far, almost all vacancies have been filled. For more details check the preschool's website (Polish): przedszkolejci.pl.

The Jagiellonian Centre of Innovation company has been set up in 2004 by Jagiellonian University (100% ownership).
