  • Dr Monika Srebro from the JU Faculty of Chemistry, going to the Department of Chemistry, University at Buffalo
  • Dr Zofia Wodniecka-Chlipalska from the JU Faculty of Philosophy, going to the Center for Language Science, Pennsylvania State University

  • Dr Szymon Pustelny from the JU Faculty of Physics, Astronomy and Applied Computer Science, going to the Department of Physics, University of California at Berkeley

The goal of the "Mobility Plus programme is to give Polish scholars the opportunity to conduct research at the prestigious foreign research centres, under the supervision of the internationally renowned authorities in a given field.

The programme finances the participants' stay in the place where the foreign research centre is located, together with their spouses and children below the age of 18. The costs of the journey from their home town/city to the destination are also covered.

The programme aims to support its participants in the further development of their academic career through the participation in the research and development projects which require the use of equipment and methods currently unavailable in Poland. The financial support provided for accompanying family members will hopefully help the participants overcome personal problems when they face when going abroad.
