Dr hab. Mariusz Swora of the Chair in Public Economic Law at the JU Faculty of Law and Administration was presented with the ERRA Regulatory Research Award at a gala held on 27 October 2014 in Baku. The Polish scholars were awarded for their study concerning wholesale energy market and the regulatory instruments aimed at ensuring its liquidity and transparency.
