Consul General of France visits the Jagiellonian University

Consul General of France visits the Jagiellonian University

On 27 September 2016 the Jagiellonian University was visited by the Consul General of France to Kraków Frédéric de Touchet. The diplomat was received in Collegium Novum by the JU Rector Prof. Wojciech Nowak.

The main issues discussed at the meeting were related to the academic collaboration between the Jagiellonian University and French institutions of higher education in a broader context of Polish-French relations in the area of research, education and culture. Particular emphasis was put on the issue of student exchange.

Frédéric de Touchet assumed office as the Consul General to Kraków on 1 September 2016.
