‘An imPulse to live’ is the motto of this autumn’s edition of Wampiriada, an event which promotes blood donations amongst young people. Apart from the satisfaction of helping others, the students are also rewarded with numerous gifts and gadgets from Wampiriada’s partners, such as theatre tickets, squash vouchers, gym passes, and many more.

 

This time, students will be able to donate blood for three days in three different places:

• 15 November: Faculty of Medicine, ul. św. Łazarza 16 (first floor),
• 17 November: Faculty of Management and Social Communication, ul. Łojasiewicza 4 (level -1),
• 18 November: Faculty of Law and Administration, ul. Bracka 12 (room 7).

Organising this edition of Wampiriada would not be possible if not for the assistance of Kraków branch of the Military Blood Donation and Transfusion Medicine Centre. Wampiriada is organised under the honorary patronage of the Ministry of Health.

Wampiriada is a project of the Independent Students’ Union. Its aim is to promote blood donations among the Polish academic community. It is also a reminder of the importance of charity and healthy lifestyle. It usually takes place twice a year.
