5th edition of the Erasmus Staff Training Week at the Jagiellonian University

Last week, JU Vice-Rector for Research and Structural Funds Prof. Stanisław Kistryn opened the 5th Erasmus Staff Training Week, organised annually by the International Relations Office. This year, it was co-organised by JU Department and Communications and Marketing and the University of Lodz International Relations Office. The meeting was dedicated to a discussion on promoting universities on an international scale.

The event featured 30 participants from partner universities collaborating with the Jagiellonian University within the framework of the Erasmus+ programme. They were representatives of 22 university from 16 countries, including China, Cyprus, Egypt, Estonia, Finland, France, Israel, Japan, Korea, Lithuania, Morocco, Germany, Portugal, Russia, Sweden, and Great Britain.

For two days, the participants had the opportunity to familiarise themselves with the promotional campaigns organised by the Jagiellonian University ad well as visit its most important buildings, such as Collegium Novum, Collegium Maius, 3rd Campus, and Auditorium Maximum.

Thursday and Friday were devoted to the promotional and marketing activities of the University of Lodz.
