Una Europa Secretary General visits the Jagiellonian University

On the 2nd and 3rd of December representatives from Una Europa will visit the Jagiellonian University: Emily Palmer - Una Europa Secretary General, Sophia Karner - Policy Officer and Mariet Vriens - Operational Lead and Policy Adviser. Prof. Peter Lievens - Vice Rector for International Policy and Coordinator of 1Europe project and Marta Molino - 1Europe / Una Europa Project Officer will be present during the discussions in online form. The guests will take part in meetings with the Jagiellonian University authorities, students, PhD students and staff involved in Una Europa activities from the Jagiellonian University.

Una Europa universities implement numerous initiatives and projects in the field of joint education and research in almost all areas of science, therefore the key topics to be discussed during the meetings will be joint study programmes, the continuation of the European University Initiatives and the Una Europa Strategy 2030.

At the meetings, there will be also a discussion regarding the Una.Resin project, which aims to develop collaboration and research. In addition, the implementation of Blockchain Technology, which is an innovative tool supporting study programmes and integration.

The visit of the guests will be an opportunity to present ideas for the realisation of Una Europa Student Congress (which will be organised by the Jagiellonian University in October 2022) and the development of the Una Europa Future UniLab think tank.
