On 19 June 2015, Prof. Stanisław Kistryn, JU Vice-Rector for Research and Structural Funds, received representatives of the Social Democratic Party of Germany in Lower Saxony. They were accompanied by the Consul General of Germany in Kraków, Dr Werner Köhler.
The meeting was devoted to the issues regarding technology transfer, research, and the activity of the scientific-economic cluster in the region as well as higher education, particularly student mobility between the JU and German higher education institutions.
The meeting featured a presentation of the Jagiellonian University, the Centre for Innovation, Technology Transfer and University Development, and the Kraków LifeScience Cluster.
