Admission to the first year of the undergraduate, graduate and doctoral programmes offered by the Jagiellonian University in the academic year 2011/2012 to all candidates, irrespective of their citizenship and the application rules they follow, is now closed. This year the candidates made nearly 58 thousand registrations for all the study programmes - which is almost 7 thousand more than in 2010. The number of students who will take up studies in the academic year 2011/2012 amounts to nearly 20 thousand
