Meeting with Reinhard Kaiser-Mühlecker

The Jagiellonian Library, the Austrian Library, the Austrian Cultural Forum in Warsaw and the JU Institute of German Studies are hosting a meeting with the Austrian writer Reinhard Kaiser-Mühlecker. The event will be held in German.

Reinhard Kaiser-Mühlecker was born in 1982 in Upper Austria. From 2003 to 2007 he studied agriculture, history, international development and other disciplines in Vienna. In 2008 he made his literary debut with the novel Der lange Gang über die Stationen, for which he received the Jürgen Pronto foundation literary award, along with the Edenkoben Foundation scholarship. His latest novel Fremde Seele, dunkler Wald made its way to the finale of the prestigious Deutscher Buchpreis award in 2016.
