The International Congress of Mediation aims to create an international platform of knowledge transfer and facilitate mediation in issues related to business and entrepreneurship. It is directed to judges, mediators, academic staff, public administration officers, and entrepreneurs. The event is organised under the patronage of JU Rector Prof. Wojciech Nowak.

'It will be a unique opportunity to exchange experiences in a field of mediation as well as to discuss the future of mediation in commercial environment. The second day of the Congress of Mediation will be dedicated to administrative mediation, which is a new solution in Poland, not yet used on a large scale. The invited guests - lawyers from other countries - will help us to understand mediation from the European perspective', said Dr Marcin Sala-Szczypiński, Dean of Kraków Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.
