Contemporary Challenges in American & Global Law

The Foreign Law Schools Coordination Centre of the Jagiellonian University invites all interested persons to the series of 16 free open online lectures entitled Contemporary Challenges in American & Global Law

The next lecture will be held on 19 November 2020 at 7.00 p.m. It will be delivered by Prof. Roger Colinvaux, who will talk about "Nonprofits in Crisis: Changes to Giving Rules and Politicization".

The series is organised by the American Law Programme run jointly by the JU Faculty of Law and Administration, the Columbus School of Law, and the Catholic University of America, Washington D.C. The lectures will be delivered by professors of the American Law Program from the Catholic University of America and eminent graduates of the LL.M. Programme of the Catholic University of America and the Jagiellonian University from all over the world.

Participating in at least 12 out of 16 webinars and obtaining the final certificate allows exemption from the entrance exam for the American Law Programme in the Academic Year 2020/2021. Other participation conditions, including the programme fee, still apply.
