JU Institute of Public Affairs invites you to attend the 10th practical-research seminar LeanHE Poland Lean Leadership entitled ‘How to effectively lead in the process of change at higher education institutions?’. The aim of the conference is to present cultural, organisational and technical factors regarding the introduction of lean management to Polish higher education institutions. This year’s edition will focus on the role of leadership in changes happening at universities.

The event is directed to administrative staff, specialists, managers, teachers, researchers, academics, consultants, coaches and mentors. It will feature analyses of case studies, workshops and discussions.
