JU delegation visits Oman

On 11–16 April 2015, a delegation from the Jagiellonian University visited Oman. The members of the delegation included Prof. Wojciech Nowak, JU Rector, Prof. Piotr Laidler, Vice-Rector for Medical College, and Prof. Barbara Michalak-Pikulska, Head of the Institute of Oriental Studies.

Dr. Sebastian Glatt to lead research team at Małopolska Centre of Biotechnology

Dr Sebastian Glatt has signed a five-year contract with the JU Małopolska Centre of Biotechnology. On 1 September, he will begin working as the leader of the research group of the Max Planck Laboratory in Kraków.

Dr. Sebastian Glatt begins working at the Małopolska Centre of Biotechnology

Dr Sebastian Glatt has signed a five-year contract with the UJ Małopolska Centre of Biotechnology. On 1 September, he will begin working as the leader of the research group of the Max Planck laboratory in Kraków. On behalf of the Jagiellonian University, the contract was signed by Prof. Stanisław Kistryn, Vice-Rector for Research and Structural Funds
