The topic of the conference relates to the latest EU Directive on copyright and related rights in the Digital Single Market (DSM Directive) and its implementation into national laws.

Twenty-five years have passed since the enactment of the current Polish Copyright Act. The DSM Directive, adopted in this anniversary year, brings new challenges for all of us.

The stature of the invited speakers, both from Poland and abroad (Belgium, Spain, Germany and Japan), guarantees a high standard of the event. The planned formula, allowing ample time for discussion after each panel, will make a broader exchange of views possible. On the first day, the presentations and discussions will be in Polish and on the second day in English.
