Three new vice-rectors elected at the Jagiellonian University

Three new vice-rectors elected at the Jagiellonian University

Prof. Armen Edigarian, Prof. Tomasz Grodzicki and Prof. Dorota Malec will be new vice-rectors of the Jagiellonian University. Prof. Jacek Popiel and Prof. Stanisław Kistryn were re-elected for a second term.

Prof. Armen Edigarian, Prof. Tomasz Grodzicki and Prof. Dorota Malec were elected new vice-rectors of the Jagiellonian University. They will be in office from 2016 to 2020.

Prof. Edigarian from the Faculty of Mathematics was elected Vice-Rector for Educational Affairs, Prof. Grodzicki from the Faculty of Medicine will be the Vice-Rector for Medical College, whereas Prof. Malec from the Faculty of Law will take office as the Vice-Rector for University Development. Prof. Jacek Popiel and Prof. Stanisław Kistryn were re-elected as the Vice-Rector for Human Resources and Financial Management and the Vice-Rector for Research and Structural Funds, respectively.

The newly elected vice-rectors will assume office on 1 September 2016.
