Due to the spread of coronavirus in Europe, the Jagiellonian University authorities have decided to cancel or postpone a number of upcoming events. For the details, please contact the event organisers.
Furthermore, following the safety recommendations of the Chief Sanitary Inspectorate, JU Rector Prof. Wojciech Nowak cancelled all classes and lectures on-site until the end of the academic year 2019/2020, halted the process of accommodating new students in dormitories, and closed the University museums to visitors, starting from 11 March 2020. Some of the museums were re-opened on May 25. Additionally, study and work-related travel to and from the Jagiellonian University has been restricted.
New arrangements on classes and lectures in the upcoming semester were introduced on 14 September 2020.
