Scholars working within the framework of the international project Energy-SHIFTS ((Energy Social sciences & Humanities Innovation Forum Targeting the SET-Plan), which features four researchers from the Jagiellonian University Institute of Sociology – Aleksandra Wagner, Seweryn Krupnik, Maria Świątkiewicz-Mośny and Tadeusz Rudek – have published a report on the activities of 21 policy workers responsible for EU energy policy.
According to the authors, the aim of the project is to establish research-policy dialogue, by directly connecting researchers working across the Social Sciences and Humanities (SSH) with those on the energy policy ‘frontline’. The report includes detailed information on policy context, policy challenges, main discussion points and SSH insights generated, as well as how these were translated to policy impacts.
