The Jagiellonian University Staff Benefits Office provides benefits to the current and retired staff members of the Jagiellonian University, as well as their family members. They include:

• summer and winter holiday benefit
• holiday benefit for children and teenagers
• crèche and kindergarten allowance
• childcare subsidy
• cash equivalent of Christmas presents for kids
• non-repayable allowance for persons experiencing hardship due to an accident, an illness etc.
• home loans  
• accomodation in university guesthouses in Zakopane, Rabka and Ustroń
• sport and leisure activities
• Multisport card, which entitles the user to free sport and leisure activities
• sightseeing trips

Staff Benefits Office also manages staff accommodation in Kraków, including flats for foreign language teachers and visiting professors.
