The Office of Human Resources is responsible for employee data: academic degree, name, position, etc.

The Department of Operations is responsible for the data concerning university units: their names, addresses, phone numbers etc.

Other data, such as phone numbers and e-mail addresses of individual employees are entered  by the Integrated Systems Maintenance Unit.
