The 4rd National Mars Science Seminar will be held on 28 October 2022 in Kraków as a hybrid event. Registration will be open on 8 August 2022. The 4NMSS will consist of 2 parts: a scientific session (oral and poster presentations) and a workshop session titled 'Aeolian processes in space exploration – perspectives'.

Aims of the seminar:

• To present achievements of Polish scientists
• To integrate the Polish community of Mars scientists
• To develop planetary and space science in Poland

Topics of interest for submission include, but are not limited to:

• estimation of Mars orbital parameters and global properties of the planet
• nearest cosmic neighborhood of Mars
• study of Mars planetary spheres: magnetospheres, ionospheres, atmosphere, lithosphere, hydrosphere, and the interior of the planet

including research results based on:

• data from current and past Mars missions
• new research methods and tools for future Mars exploration
• theoretical modeling and numerical simulations in Mars studies
• laboratory simulations and studies of Mars analogs
