The 2010 Crystal Brussels Sprout award for the JU Faculty of Medicine

The JU ranked first as the strongest research university in Poland

According to the 2010 ranking prepared by the educational monthly "Perspektywy" and the daily "Rzeczpospolita. the Jagiellonian University is seen as the strongest research university in Poland, which enjoyes the highest prestige among academics and the highest number of publications and citations. The JU won the first place among universities offering educational programmes in the humanities and the JU Collegium Medicum won the first place among university medical schools.
