JU chemists published in Applied Catalysis B

The journal Applied Catalysis B has published an article by members of the JU Faculty of Chemistry Zeolites Chemistry Group: Dr Karolna Tarach, Kamila Pyra, Dr Bastian Reiprich and Prof. Kinga Góra-Marek. The publication was prepared in collaboration with the Leipzig University Institute of Chemical Technology.

The paper entitled Effect of zeolite topology on NH3-SCR activity and stability of Cu-exchanged zeolites presents the results of research on the catalytic activity and stability of chosen copper zeolites with varying topology of crystal structure in the process of selective catalytic reduction that includes NH3-SCR NO. Additionally, the researchers suggested a mechanism of this reaction based on spectroscopic imaging.
