SOS: Universities for Animal Shelters is an annual charity event to help homeless animals from shelters in Małopolska region. The collection to raise funds and other resources is held by students and staff of Kraków higher education institutions, including the Jagiellonian University.

The campaign, organised annually since 2006, in previous years consisted in collecting money and gifts in the premises of the Kraków academic institutions. Due to the pandemic, the 14th edition of the campaign will be held online. The funds, for which the organisers will buy food and other resources for homeless animals will be collected via the website zrzutka.pl.

The gifts purchased during this year’s campaign will be donated to animal shelters in Kraków, Harbutowice, and Racławice.
