The Jagiellonian University Strategy 2030

The Jagiellonian University Strategy 2030 is the most important document regarding the development of the University, passed by the JU Senate and presenting the goals and trends for the next decade.

The first draft of the document, was prepared by a team led by Prof. Jarosław Górniak, JU Vice-Rector for University Development, in collaboration with other vice-rectors, chancellors and bursars. The preliminary version gained the approval of the Rector’s Committee on 14 April 2021 and was subsequently debated on by the Jagiellonian University academic community, culminating in an open online discussion on 10 May 2021.

On 25 May, the Strategy was approved by the University Council, and a month later, on 26 June, its final version was voted on by the JU Senate as part of the resolution No. 71/VI/2021.
