JU students among the best programmers in the world

The Jagiellonian University team won a bronze medal in the International Collegiate Programming Contest (ICPC) in Orlando, USA, the world's biggest and most prestigious programming competition for universities. 24,915 programmers grouped in 8,305 teams took part in the contest this year. They represented 2,070 Universities from 88 countries from six continents.The JU team consisted of Robert Obryk, Adam Polak, Maciej Wawro and Prof. Paweł Idziak, Coach. They proved to be among the best programmers in the world
